1. General

1.1. From time-to-time we the Website operator ("OMG Casino", "we", "us" or "our") may offer bonuses, rewards, promotions, competitions, cashback and/or gifts (“Promotions”). These promotions will be governed by this Bonus Policy (“Bonus Policy”). Each specific promotion may also have their own specific terms and conditions outside of the Bonus Policy. By taking part in any promotion and agreeing to receive bonuses offered by OMG Casino, you automatically consent to comply with our Policy.

1.3. This Bonus Policy are a legal and binding agreement between You and us,and apply to all Promotions unless otherwise stated.

1.4. OMG Casino reserves the right to add, remove or alter any of the promotional/bonus details or terms. It is Your responsibility to regularly check the Bonus Policy for any amendments or updates.

1.5. We may make terms and conditions available in various languages for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English language version and the non-English language version of this Bonus Policy, the English version takes priority.

1.6. Any Bonus Funds are displayed separately from any Deposit Funds in Your Player Account. Bonus Funds can only be withdrawn once they have met any requisite requirements (e.g. playthrough) and have been converted into real money.

1.7. When playing an active bonus, your funds will be used in the following order: Funds required to trigger the bonus (i.e. Deposit funds), then Bonus funds and then any remaining funds.

1.8. After wagering requirements are met, the deposit funds, bonus money and any winnings gained will become withdrawable real-cash money in your account.

2. Bonuses and Promotions

2.1. Special Offer (Gold Ribbon) — A Special Offer is a Promotion in which the real money funds credited to your Account when making a Deposit is higher than the amount actually deposited. E.g. You might be credited with $15 when you make a $10 Deposit. The entirety is credited as real money funds and not Bonus funds.

2.2. Bonus (Silver Ribbon) — A Bonus is a Promotion in which the real money funds you Deposit are matched with additional Bonus funds. The Bonus funds are not real money funds and are subject to conditions and requirements as set out in this Bonus Policy.

3. Welcome Bonuses

3.1. A Welcome Bonus is a Promotion and is only available to new players who are registering an OMG Casino Account.

3.2. The Welcome Bonus currently consists of the Bonus (Silver Ribbon) described above.

3.3. This Welcome Bonus is only available to new Accounts at OMG Casino.

3.4. New players have 7 days to claim the Welcome Bonus offer.

3.5. The Welcome Bonus offer can only be claimed once per player on any given machine being used for play at OMG Casino.

3.6. This offer is non-transferrable.

3.7. The Welcome Bonus will be credited to the player Account once the player has made qualifying Deposit and has selected which Welcome Bonus they would like.

3.8. Unless specifically stated otherwise in respect of a Promotion, a wagering requirement of 40× the bonus must be met in order to unlock the bonus funds. For example, if the bonus funds awarded are $200, you will need to wager a total of $8,000 before what remains of your bonus funds can be withdrawn.

3.9. In the event, that you are in possession of more than one Promotion at any given time, playthrough contribution will only count to one Promotion at a time.

3.10. Any remaining bonus money from the Welcome Offer will be removed from a player account if a withdrawal is made before Bonus funds have been converted to real money funds.

3.11. Players have 30 days to convert their Welcome Bonus to real money funds via playthrough. After 30 days, any unearned bonuses will be removed from the player account.

4. Personal Deals

4.1. A Personal Deal is a Promotion which is offered on a personal basis to an individual player with an OMG Casino Account. Personal Deals currently consists of the Bonus (Silver Ribbon) and the Special Offer (Gold Ribbon) described above.

4.2. Personal Deals ran only be claimed once per player on any given machine or device being used for play at OMG Casino.

4.3. This offer is non-transferrable.

4.4. The Personal Deal will be credited to the player Account once the player has selected which Promotion they would like and met any necessary requirements for activation.

4.5. Unless specifically stated otherwise in respect of a Promotion, a wagering requirement of 40× the bonus must be met in order to unlock the bonus funds. For example, if the bonus funds awarded are $200, you will need to wager a total of $8,000 before what remains of your bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5. Contribution by Game Type

5.1. Different games and game types contribute towards fulfilling wagering requirements to different extents. For instance, if a game type delivers 100% towards a wagering requirement, it means that if you bet $1, $1 will count towards completion of the wagering. If a game type delivers 50% towards a wagering requirement, if you bet $1, $0.50 will count towards your wagering requirement.

5.2. Any promotion which contains varying contributions dependent on game type or an irregular wagering mode will have an accurate description of this in its terms and conditions.

5.3. Bonus money offered in standard bonuses and any other bonuses, in whose terms it is not stated otherwise, is not cashable. After wagering is completed, you will be able to withdraw only the real winnings and the money from your real-money balance.

6. Fraud, Collusion, Cheating and Bonus Abuse

6.1. OMG Casino bonuses are intended for recreational playing only. Improper use of the bonuses and promotional abuse will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to take the following actions against bonus abuse (list not exhaustive):

6.2. Revoke and/or cancel any Bonuses and Bonus winnings that we regard to have been gained by misuse of the system;

6.2.1. Ban such players from receiving further Bonuses;

6.2.2. Close the Account;

6.3. Abuse may include but is not limited to:

6.3.1. Using multiple Account(s);

6.3.2. Evidence that an offer is being claimed or benefits the same person or group of persons, acting in an attempt to defraud us;

6.3.3. Wagering bonuses on excluded Games;

6.3.4. Co-operation, collusion or organisation of bets from the same source;

6.3.5. Manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other behaviours which amount to deliberate cheating;

6.3.6. Hiding IP addresses or using a VPNs;

6.3.7. Delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements;

6.3.8. Using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure on the built-up value during real-money play;

6.3.9. Moving from bets that are placed on high variance outcomes, and after a large win switching to normal variance outcomes with smaller bets with the purpose of clearing Wagering Requirements.

6.4. We may reclaim any Bonus that has been awarded in error in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

6.5. We may make amendments to an Offer to correct typographical errors or to improve understanding and we reserve the right to amend or terminate an offer if required to do so for legal and/or regulatory reasons.

6.6. OMG Casino reserves the right to ban a player from participating in promotions at its own discretion at any time.

6.7. In case you failed to claim a deposit bonus, or forgot to do so, and intends to play with the bonus, you must contact Customer support prior placing any bets and ask to adjust your balance.

6.8. We reserve the right to audit your game play/transaction logs. You hereby consent in advance for us to do so. If, after an audit, it transpires that you participated, or attempted to participate, in a manipulative game strategy to take advantage from the bonus being rewarded to you from the casino, we hold the right to deny, withhold, revoke or withdraw your entitlement to any promotion, winnings or bonus, or terminate your association with our website and/or block your account. In such circumstances, we shall be under no obligation to refund any funds that may be in your account other than your original deposit amounts.

6.10. Participation in some Promotions requires you to actively select or choose to enter into that Promotion by the method(s) offered.

6.12. We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend any promotion or campaign at any given time.
